Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777joy Platform. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under your own identity or another identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 777joy's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777joy account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777joy will never contact you by any channel to request your password.
You must notify 777joy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777joy will investigate reported incidents but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.
You may request closure of your 777joy account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
777joy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification; or any conduct that 777joy reasonably believes poses a risk to the Platform, its users, or its operations. In such cases, 777joy will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder and process any legitimate withdrawable balances, subject to verification.
777joy accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 777joy does not currently accept cryptocurrency or third-party payment processors not listed herein.
The minimum deposit on the 777joy Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 777joy at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Note: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned, subject to a deduction for any processing fees already incurred.
To process a withdrawal from your 777joy account, you must have completed the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not submitted the required identification documents may have withdrawal requests held pending verification. 777joy will notify users of any outstanding KYC requirements via the email address registered on the account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to a given bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, may contribute a lower percentage. Crash games including Go Rush and Fisher Game contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a 0% contribution rate will not progress a wagering requirement regardless of outcome.
777joy reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; systematically exploiting low house-edge games to complete wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation in conjunction with other users.
One Bonus at a Time: 777joy operates a single active bonus policy. You may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. If you opt into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active, the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress may be forfeited.
777joy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected system error, obvious pricing errors, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet is placed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.
A bet will not be accepted if the user's real money balance is insufficient to cover the stake. 777joy does not offer credit facilities. All wagers must be funded from available account balance at the time of placement.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on cricket and selected other sports. Odds on live markets are updated in real time. 777joy accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on odds that were in the process of being updated at the time of placement. All bets are settled at the odds displayed and accepted by the Platform at the time the bet is confirmed.
